Privacy Policy

Fligher turns a seller's flyer into a tap-to-order page. This policy explains what information we collect when someone places an order, how we use phone numbers, and the one promise that matters most: we never sell your data.

What we collect

When a customer places an order through a Fligher flyer, we collect the name, phone number, quantity, and any optional note they enter on the order form. When a seller creates an account, we collect their name, email address, and the phone number they choose to receive order alerts on.

How phone numbers are used

Phone numbers are used only for order communication. A customer's number is used to text them a confirmation of their order and so the seller can follow up to confirm details and arrange pickup or delivery. A seller's number is used to alert them when a new order comes in. That is the entire purpose.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers, or any personal information, with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are never shared with anyone other than the seller you placed an order with, and only so that order can be fulfilled.

SMS messages are transactional

All text messages sent through Fligher are transactional and tied to a specific order a customer initiated. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, and we do not run mass campaigns. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Customers voluntarily provide their phone number when they choose to place an order, and explicitly agree to receive order-related texts via a required checkbox on the order form. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Data retention & security

Order records are retained so sellers can manage and fulfill their orders, and so we can demonstrate consent if a carrier or regulator asks. We keep a minimal consent record for each order (timestamp and IP address at the time of submission) for compliance protection. We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect the data we store.
