Privacy Policy

When a customer places an order through a Fligher flyer, we collect the name, phone number, quantity, and any optional note they enter on the order form. When a seller creates an account, we collect their name, email address, and the phone number they choose to receive order alerts on.

Phone numbers are used only for order communication. A customer's number is used to text them a confirmation of their order and so the seller can follow up to confirm details and arrange pickup or delivery. A seller's number is used to alert them when a new order comes in. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers, or any personal information, with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are never shared with anyone other than the seller you placed an order with, and only so that order can be fulfilled.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with any third party or affiliate, for any purpose.

All text messages sent through Fligher are transactional and tied to a specific order a customer initiated. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, and we do not run mass campaigns. Message frequency varies with order activity: normally one confirmation per order you place, plus any follow-up the seller sends about that same order. We do not send recurring or scheduled messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Customers voluntarily provide their phone number when they choose to place an order. Consent to receive order-related texts is given through a separate, optional checkbox on the order form that is never pre-ticked; the order goes through whether or not it is ticked, and we only message customers who ticked it. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Order records are retained so sellers can manage and fulfill their orders, and so we can demonstrate consent if a carrier or regulator asks. We keep a minimal consent record for each order (timestamp and IP address at the time of submission) for compliance protection. We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect the data we store.

Fligher is operated by Looprooms Technologies, which is responsible for the service and for your account and billing data. Boltpath LLC is the registered A2P 10DLC brand and sends the SMS messages described above on its behalf; it processes phone numbers and consent records for that purpose only.
