Terms of Service

Last updated August 29, 2026

Fligher is operated by Looprooms Technologies. SMS messaging is sent by Boltpath LLC, the registered A2P 10DLC brand, on its behalf. These terms cover using Fligher, both as a seller who creates order pages and as a customer who places an order through one. By using Fligher, you agree to them.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for using Fligher lawfully. That includes listing accurate products and prices, only collecting phone numbers for genuine order fulfillment, honoring the orders they accept (or promptly communicating when they can't), and complying with all applicable laws and messaging regulations in their area.

Customer communication & consent

When a customer places an order, they voluntarily provide their phone number and may opt in to receive SMS messages related to that order: confirmations and updates from the seller. Opting in is optional and is done through a separate checkbox on the order form that is never pre-ticked. The order is accepted whether or not it is ticked, and we only message customers who ticked it. These messages are transactional and customer-initiated.

Message frequency varies with order activity. A customer normally receives one confirmation message per order they place, plus any follow-up the seller sends about that same order. A seller receives one alert per order placed on their flyer. Fligher does not send recurring or scheduled messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Fligher's role

Fligher is a tool that connects a seller's flyer to an order form and delivery notifications. We are not a party to the transaction between a seller and their customer. Fligher is not responsible for order fulfillment, product quality, payment, pickup, delivery, or any dispute between a seller and a customer. Those are between the buyer and the seller.

Billing & refunds

Paid plans are sold and charged by Looprooms Technologies, the merchant of record. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. The charge on your statement comes from Looprooms Technologies, not from Fligher or Boltpath LLC - if a line on your statement looks unfamiliar, that is why.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown on the plan you chose - weekly for the Week Pass, monthly for Starter and Pro - until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial period.

Free trials do not require a card. If you subscribe and the payment fails, your flyers keep working for a short grace period before the action buttons are disabled - your data is not deleted. For a refund or a billing question, email support@fligher.live and Looprooms Technologies will handle it.

Acceptable use

Abuse and spam are prohibited. You may not use Fligher to send unsolicited marketing, harass anyone, send unlawful or deceptive content, or message people who have not placed an order with you. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Stopping communication

Recipients can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out stops further order-related texts to that number.

Changes & contact

Fligher is operated by Looprooms Technologies, which is also the merchant of record for paid plans. Boltpath LLCis the registered A2P 10DLC brand and sends order-related SMS on its behalf. We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Questions? Email support@fligher.live. See also our Privacy Policy.
